Sales Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Contractor(s) to join our dynamic team. As a contractor, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue growth. This role offers the flexibility of working independently while earning commissions based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking with family and friends, and business referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate our Real Estate Off-Market Properties webpage to prospective clients. Refer the client to us, we do the selling, and you get paid. It's that Simple!
- Provide exceptional customer service by doing follow-up calls or sending emails to keep the conversation fluid about their intent to buy. (Recommended).
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities. (Optional)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or desire to learn, preferably in a commission-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills (not required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
- Referral fee payment to be paid after property is sold to client referred.
- This is a commission-based position with no base salary.
- Commissions will be paid based on the ALL sales generated and PAID on the next-day of closing at the title company via wire transfer.
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance, dedication and consistent effort.
- 1099-NEC will be issued to company or person to be provided at the end of the fiscal year.
